FAQs
What's included in the $1000 bundle?
Repairs to your existing eligible* scratches and dents up to 2 damaged, or 2 corner bumpers scruff or 4 kerbed wheels. Additionally get 12 months of Assure’s Platinum protection plan. That means unlimited eligible* repairs for a full year with no call out fees.

What if my car has more or less damage than the bundle covers?
No worries, we will add it or subtract from the bundle. Any extra eligible* existing damage can be added with 50% off industry average rates, so your car starts the year in top shape.
Do you offer one-time repairs without bundle?
We do not offer one-time repairs as we believe minor damages are never ‘one-time’.
We operate on a year long plan as we believe this offers our members the most value for money and predictable peace of mind to maintain their cars.
You may be a careful driver but you can’t plan for the negligence of others, animals or weather causing damage to your car. That’s why we’re here.
Where are your workshops?
We don’t have one, we are a mobile fleet!
Being mobile, we can service California-wide. We will come to the location at your convenience, eg. your home or workplace.
All we need is a private place to work (i.e not on the street or public carparks) with access to power.
What is covered under the Assure protection plan?
Assure memberships covers everyday damage like scratches up to 20 inches , pressure dents up to 2.5 inches , bumper scrapes up to 20 inches , alloy wheel scuffs, mirror scrapes, and even stone chips. (Please note the sizes are starting guidelines, and where possible, we will fix damages larger than size limits if we can guarantee customer satisfaction.)
All of these are delivered at a fixed $90* call out fee under Gold Membership, or $0 with Platinum or Ultimate.

Is this only for new cars?
No, we generally cover cars under 10 years old. Most of our members sign up with cars that already have pre-existing damages which we help to fix first.
With cars that are over 10 years, we review these on a case by case basis. Some of our members have older, well maintained classic cars like Porsches or Mercedes etc.
Will scratch and dent repair affect my insurance?
No. One of the biggest advantages of Assure membership is that you avoid making small claims through your insurance, which often increase your premiums. With predictable pricing and quick fixes, you can keep your car looking great without involving your insurer.
