What is covered under the Assure membership?
Assure memberships covers everyday damage like scratches up to 20 in, pressure dents up to 2.5 in, bumper scrapes up to 20 in, alloy wheel scuffs, mirror scrapes, and even stone chips. (Please note the sizes are starting guidelines, and where possible, we will fix damages larger than size limits if we can guarantee customer satisfaction.)
All of these are delivered at a fixed $90** call out fee under Gold Membership, or $0 with Platinum or Ultimate.

Where are your workshops?
We don’t have one, we are a mobile fleet!
Being mobile, we can service California-wide. We will come to the location at your convenience, eg. your home or workplace.
All we need is a private place to work (i.e not on the street or public parking lots) with access to power.
Is this only for new cars?
No, we generally cover cars under 10 years old. Most of our members sign up with cars that already have pre-existing damages which we help to fix first.
With cars that are over 10 years, we review these on a case by case basis. Some of our members have older, well maintained classic cars like Porsches or Mercedes etc.
Do I need to pay extra for existing damage?
Yes, but it’s discounted. Any eligible* existing damage at the time you join can be repaired at 50% off, so your car starts the membership in top shape. After that, your ongoing scratch and dent repair needs are covered under the fixed pricing of your plan.

Unfortunately we do not offer one-time repairs.
We operate on a membership model as we believe this offers our members the most value for money and predictable peace of mind.
Often, a single one-time repair quote is equivalent to our membership fee plus pre-existing damages discounts.
Will scratch and dent repair affect my insurance?
No. One of the biggest advantages of Assure membership is that you avoid making small claims through your insurance, which often increase your premiums. With predictable pricing and quick fixes, you can keep your car looking great without involving your insurer.
